In 2008 he joined NYSS Institute of Management and Research, Nagpur as a lecturer in English and started his journey as a professional teacher. His ability to adapt methodology according to the need of learners and teaching objectives makes him innovative teacher/ trainer. Proven expertise in training /teaching English Language, English Literature, Soft Skills, Business Communication and employability skills.

He is Cambridge Associated trainer in Business English, trained Engineering students at both Preliminary and Vantage levels.
