As an engineer himself, he understands how to put a complex concept as an easy bite to facilitate the students' learning. What makes his teaching interesting are his examples from latest news, sports and how one can relate aptitude as a life and corporate skill.

With his experience of more than 5 years as an aptitude trainer and trained more than 5000 students in so far and willing to continue this noble work to bring a change in society.

During a short span of his dynamic career he is associated with renowned academic institutions such as Raisoni Group of Institutions , Sawanghi Meghe College of Engineering , Bapurao Deshmukh College of Engineering , Anjuman College of Engineering along with the elite coaching institutes such as Catalyser, Officers Desk, VPA, Legal Minds etc. makes him an established teacher.

Right now he is authoring a comprehensive book on Aptitude for students of professional courses. Understanding responsibility towards society he runs an exclusive open for all - weekend doubt clearing sessions for students across the city.
