Potential job seekers get an insight into various companies, recruiters can collect essential data for hiring and colleges get their student's good opportunities.

We at GEL provide placement opportunities to the up and coming talent before completion of their degrees. We also help with placement assistance to the students residing around the location where the fair is taking place; completely free of cost. A day or two before the fair, we arrange a practice test for the participating students along with soft skill training sessions to prepare them for the big day.
These fairs are a great opportunity for young individuals who won’t get much heed at campus placements or individual interviews. Job fairs are also a great place to make connections with industry professionals.
